About the Role:
As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at AssistIQ, you will play a critical role in successfully delivering our solution to customers. You will be responsible for managing customer implementation projects from start to finish to ensure successful, seamless go-live and adoption by our customers.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support. You will be responsible for creating and executing project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that project milestones are met. You will participate in customer facing meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and deliverables are clearly communicated.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills across seniority levels with the ability to work in the details, but communicate effectively at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end projects for the implementation of our software solution, ensuring on time and on budget delivery to customers.
  • Create and execute project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, dependencies, deliverables, risks and timelines.
  • Track, classify, manage, escalate and mitigate project issues and risks proactively.
  • Lead & facilitate collaboration and communication between cross-functional internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure alignment and monitor project progress.
  • Collaborate with external customer project teams to ensure project schedules, issues and risks are communicated, tracked and escalated as needed.
  • Provide project status updates & scope changes at internal and external operating and executive levels.
  • Update & share comprehensive documentation throughout the project.
  • Manage project budgets and coordinate resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations and measure project success against predefined KPIs and objectives.
  • Conduct project closing with clear handoff to steady state teams, conduct lessons learned sessions and ensure all artifacts are complete.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.

Requirements
  • Experience managing complex software implementation projects, specifically with multiple stakeholders and heavy IT involvement in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience preparing and presenting project updates to both project teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management frameworks and project management tools in a software environment.
  • Proficiency in managing a project repository including artifacts, risk registries, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and adaptability while handling multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • PMP certification is an asset but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is an asset but not required.
