AT amp;T Wireless Retail Sales Representative- Hiring Immediately- Uncapped commissions!

Full Time and Part time positions available!
Compensation: Earn between $16.00-$22.00 an hour including commissions, bonuses, Spiffs and a 401K!
Diversity Wireless Partners, an AT amp;T Authorized Retailer, has immediate openings for AT amp;T Retail Sales Representatives. We are rapidly growing in both SoCal and surrounding areas across the country, including Central California, San Diego, Imperial County, Arizona and beyond. We were founded with the focus of providing AT amp;T products and services in these underserved areas. Additionally, it is very important to us to provide opportunities as an employer and develop people within the communities we serve. We are expanding quickly and are in search of talented individuals to play a vital role in our growth. YOUR workday looks like this:
  • Establish and maintain an incredible work and customer service environment by warmly engaging with customers to fully understand their needs.
  • Expertly guide our customers through the transaction process in a professional manner that allows you to build strong relationships.
  • Attain and exceed sales goals by properly using your AT amp;T sales training on the showroom with customers, executing our outbound sales activities and mastering AT amp;T promotions.
  • Maintain store appearance so customers feel welcome and can easily negotiate our showroom.
  • Plus, other tasks and duties you would expect as a Retail Sales Representative.
This is all YOU need to succeed:
  • Experience in retail and or wireless retail sales would be terrific, however not necessary - AT amp;T experience highly desirable
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)
  • Strong communications, mathematics and computer use skills
  • Availability to support retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Be a supportive and committed teammate and team player
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
