Role Summary
The webMethods Platform Administrator is responsible for the stability, security, performance, and lifecycle management of the enterprise webMethods platform. The role supports Integration Server, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, Command Central, and associated middleware components while ensuring a reliable and secure integration environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer webMethods Integration Server environments.
Install, configure, patch, and upgrade platform components.
Manage Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, My webMethods Server, and Command Central.
Perform platform capacity planning and health monitoring.
Configure SSL/TLS certificates and security controls.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
Support CI/CD and automated deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Manage environment lifecycle activities across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production.
Create operational standards, documentation, and runbooks.
Collaborate with development teams on onboarding and platform best practices.
