Role Overview
This role leads product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery for wealthmanagement platforms supporting advisors, clients, and investment operations. You will drive enhancements across trading workflows, portfolio tools, advisor experiences, and integrated financialtechnology ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in wealth management products, strong Agile leadership, and a track record of delivering highimpact digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy — Define product vision, roadmap, and longterm strategy for wealthmanagement capabilities including trading, advisory tools, and investment workflows.
  • Backlog Ownership — Prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with advisor needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
  • Agile Execution — Lead sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives; serve as the final authority on business value and priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management — Partner with advisors, operations, compliance, engineering, and UX to ensure product decisions reflect customer and business needs.
  • Trading & Investment Platform Enhancements — Improve trading functionality, order routing, OMS workflows, portfolio management tools, and advisorfacing investment capabilities.
  • Vendor & Platform Integration — Support integrations with financialtechnology vendors, data platforms, and investment systems.
  • Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Alignment — Ensure product solutions meet regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, Client) and support compliant advisor workflows.
  • DataDriven Decisions — Use KPIs, analytics, and client insights to inform prioritization, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in wealth management, capital markets or institutional trading.
  • Strong understanding of advisor workflows, client lifecycle, portfolio management, and financial products (equities, mutual funds, etc.).
  • Experience with trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and/or advisorfacing investment tools.
  • Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholderinfluencing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • CSPO or similar certification.
  • Experience with vendorintegrated platforms, financialtechnology ecosystems, or cloudbased data environments.
  • Exposure to model management, portfolio tools, or advisory platforms.
