Leveraging expertise, flexible technology and a network of over 67,000 community pharmacies, and the use of our own state-of-the-art specialty and home delivery pharmacies and fulfillment centers, we are driving value to those we serve through our transforming capabilities. We are in the process of launching several new, state of the art Pharmacy Fulfillment Centers across the United States. We are seeking a Systems Support Engineer who will be on a team responsible for the setup, ongoing support, and management of critical automation PCs, servers, and PLCs. The ideal candidate would be based out of our upcoming Mesa, Arizona location and prepared for the occasional need to travel.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of either 5:00 am - 2:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. Shift assignments may be subject to rotation It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or during weekends.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the setup, ongoing support, and management of critical automation PCs, servers, and PLCs that run the automated fulfillment pharmacy
  • Interfacing and communicating with pharmacy workers and stakeholders to understand the system problems they're facing and to update them on the statuses of their issues
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for software upgrades, bug fixes, software patching, and implementing new equipment and features
  • Work closely with partners teams to coordinate project activities during installs and extended support
  • Assist with debugging PLC's, networking, power systems, I/O devices, etc. on the automation line
  • Use data analytic skills to troubleshoot and improve performance and reliability of equipment and entire system

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2+ years of experience in technology support, system management, or another technology administration role
  • Proficiency with problem solving and delivering within time constraints
  • Intermediate or proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Beginner level of proficiency or interest in databases, SQL, and data tools
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week). Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience administrating windows systems
  • Experience applying windows updates across a network and installing drivers for specific hardware
  • Experience with technology monitoring tools
  • Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
  • Experience with cable management and station organization
  • Experience in manufacturing, automation, or fulfillment centers
  • Experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
