Systems Engineer I (Field-Based) - Copier & Printer Technical Support
Important: This Is NOT an IT Help Desk or Network Administrator Role
This is a field-based technical role focused on troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting copiers and printers (document imaging systems) - not a traditional corporate IT position.
If you enjoy hands-on technical problem-solving, working directly with customers, and learning how devices integrate into real-world business environments, this is the opportunity for you.

About the Role

At DEX Imaging, we're looking for a Systems Engineer I who is ready to get into the field and support businesses by installing and servicing copier and printer systems.
You won't be sitting behind a desk managing servers.
Instead, you'll:
  • Install and configure document imaging equipment
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and print/scan issues
  • Work directly with customers to ensure devices integrate properly into their workflows
  • Build a strong technical foundation that can lead to Systems Engineer II, III, or Install Project Coordinator roles
What You'll Do
  • Install and set up copiers and printers
  • Connect devices to customer networks
  • Set up print drivers and scan-to-email/scan-to-folder
  • Troubleshoot printing and scanning issues
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support
  • Document your work in our system
You'll be out in the field helping businesses keep their equipment running smoothly.
