Job description

Location: 5550 Britton Parkway, Hilliard, OH

Role 1 Handles customer inquiries and complaints for Motor Vehicle company and iPerformance vehicles by assisting existing and prospective customers with inquiries about innovations, ordering and package options, features, mobile applications and functionalities by providing them the opportunity to explore vehicle technology and functionality in a pressure-free environment

Role2: Providing inbound customer service to drivers, potential customers, and BMW employees, after sale customer support, last line for fixing an issue

Role 3: Handling all inbound customer service calls for BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce accounts, and early stage (0-29 days past due) collection calls
Role 4: Funding Specialist – Tier 1 – Reviewing contracts after approved by dealership. Mostly outbound calls, retailer communication, compliance reviews and requires extremely high level of attention to detail.•In office full time
•1 on 1 training with existing Associate
