    - For the first 2–3 weeks, the resource will report onsite for training. Once they are fully trained, they will transition to a hybrid setup, reporting onsite 1–2 days per week and working from home for the remaining days.

    - Manage a portfolio of 200+ active wireless telecommunications projects, overseeing
    full lifecycle from application intake through lease execution and construction
    readiness
    - Serve as a key operational lead across leasing, regulatory, and construction
    workflows, ensuring alignment across multiple internal teams and external
    stakeholders
    - Review and approve complex co-location and modification applications, ensuring
    compliance with lease terms, zoning, and regulatory requirements
    - Coordinate site sketches, structural analysis, and market approvals, reducing
    processing delays and maintaining SLA adherence
    - Drive pricing analysis and approval processes, supporting lease negotiations and
    revenue optimization
    - Collaborate directly with AT&T corporate real estate teams to secure approvals and
    maintain project momentum
    - Support lease drafting and execution, ensuring accuracy of exhibits, compliance
    documentation, and contractual alignment
    - Identify process gaps and develop operational frameworks (job aids, workflow
