Field Operations ManagerLocation: Los Alamitos, CA, 90720Job Purpose:

The Field Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within the Cancer and Blood Specialty Clinic. They are responsible for various tasks, including training staff, setting up clinics, and implementing policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct in-service training sessions for clinic staff, ensuring they are well-versed in procedures and protocols
  • Provide ongoing support and retraining as necessary to ensure staff competency
  • Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues related to their roles
  • Monitor employee satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance morale and engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee complaints and grievances, investigating issues and facilitating resolutions in accordance with company policy
  • Act as a liaison between clinic staff and management, conveying feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Assist in the establishment of new clinics by coordinating logistics, equipment procurement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee inventory levels of supplies and equipment needed to field operations, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient utilization
  • Coordinate with external vendors and supplies to ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and clinic setups
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within field operations, collaborating with stakeholders to implement efficiencies and enhance performance

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
