Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of a team of Brand Ambassadors (BAs). Serve as point of contact for day to day operations. Train and develop new team members and coach on opportunities during market visits and team calls.
  • Lead field team operations by managing brand ambassador onboarding, training programs, payroll processes, budget management and ongoing performance management.
  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly needs for the brand with strong organizational and communication skills ensuring information is shared in a timely manner with direct supervisors as well as client teams.
  • Proactively manage the business objectives and program goals. Identify sales training opportunities; create and execute ROI-based action plans for assigned locations.
  • Utilize subject matter expertise of client's products and services- including technology, plans, promotions, sales techniques, best practices, and on-line tools, as well as activations procedures and methods to drive training and knowledge of client's products and services.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships (physical or virtual) with client partners. Leverage relationships to drive and increase sales of the client's products and services.
  • Ability to analyze data and determine indicated action- Effectively utilize territory and location performance data to develop and execute specific strategies and actions required to meet or exceed client determined business objectives and sales targets. Management of team budgets and monthly targets.
  • Analyze and communicate program performance through reports and presentations, identifying successes, gaps, and opportunities across objectives, competitive landscape, and key market initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience in field marketing & team management; Prefer experience with marketing/agency environment in the adult beverage industry.
  • Bachelor's degree
