Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 / Per Hour

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7-4p or 7:30-4:30p

Our client is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries, orders, and service requests are handled accurately and efficiently. This role partners with multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer orders, review purchase information for accuracy, and enter order details into company systems.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, accounting, and other internal departments to resolve customer requests and order issues.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, maintain order records, and assist with backorder management when needed.
  • Update customer accounts and CRM records while maintaining organized electronic documentation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and general office support.
  • Work alongside the accounting team to address billing questions, payment inquiries, and account updates.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and ongoing account support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
