Warehouse Associate
At SPAR we are expanding our Day and Night Warehouse Team. Apply today and join the best Warehouse Associates team! Our Warehouse teams are some of the most adaptable workers in the world, and they're continually leveraging different skills to perform a variety of tasks within the warehouse. As a warehouse worker you are the backbone of this thriving business, and the work you and the team does allows other departments to function efficiently. Some of the skills you will need to excel in this position are; basic computer skills, organized and attentive to detail, be able to physically lift heavy loads up to 60 pounds multiple time a day while being on your feet all day. From entry level to experience, our warehouse associates are provided with great training and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Attend all trainings and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Must comply with Dress Code, with the only permitted personal item in the work area being a clear water container

Smart Phone is required to sign in and out for your shift (not allowed in warehouse)

Ensure accurate processing of all merchandise to our stores and guests
-
Reports to work on time and completes all job tasks as assigned accurately and on time

Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
-
Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Qualifications:
-
Experience working in a physically-demanding, fast-paced environment, carry up to 47lbs. and lift up to 60 lbs. on an infrequent basis
-
Basic math skills for inventory counts
-
Ability to read, write and communicate in English
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish a PLUS
-
Able to operate computer or handheld device (training provided)
-
Reliable, safe and a team player
-
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Access to reliable transportation for all required shifts
