Job Summary
The Process Engineer II is responsible for the development, standardization, quality, and continuous improvement of processes and products. - Designs, implements, and improves manufacturing or production processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all process operations.
- Diagnoses and resolves process-related problems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Applies Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Creates and maintains process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical reports.
- Works with design, quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Assists in scaling up and validating processes for new products or technologies.
- Ensure machinery and tools operate within specified parameters for optimal output.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers, hourly team members, and other staff on process changes or best practices.
- Collaborates with IT and engineering teams to integrate digital tools.
