What You’ll Do
  • Keep the Floor Moving: Seamlessly manage footwear inventory between the backstock and the sales floor for Men’s, Women’s, and Youth Shoe departments, ensuring sales associates have exactly what they need to support our customers.
  • Deliver Wow Experiences: Kick off warm, welcoming interactions with guests, help customer service process returns efficiently, and collaborate with your team to minimize wait times and keep the energy high.
  • Master the Details: Stay sharp, organized, and tech-ready by prepping your devices before your shift, tracking inventory accurately, and keeping the shoe department clutter-free and looking its best.
  • Be a Team Champion: Communicate proactively with leadership, multi-task like a pro, and bring a positive, professional attitude to a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

  • Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
  • Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours: Average of 20 hours per week.
  • The Shift: A couple evening shifts from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Weekends: Minimum of 2 weekends per month (Saturdays between 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $16.00/HR.
