    Investigator / SkipTracer (Hybrid)Position is located in Colony, TX (between NFM & Scheels, off I-121)This is currently a hybrid in-office and work-from-home position. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment at home. Candidates must reside and work within the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.

    Candidates must be able to commute to the Colony office multiple days per week. The required on-site days will be determined by the company. Compensation : Hourly base pay plus ability to earn an aggressive, unlimited weekly performance-oriented bonus.

    The position is heavily weighted toward bonus compensation with uncapped earning opportunity. Schedule/Hours : Full-Time; Monday - Friday, no weekends, no overtime Offered Benefits : Medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 401(k) Details : Our firm is currently seeking qualified individuals with excellent communication and strong customer service skills to perform skiptracing investigations (locates). The duties involve supporting our financial sector clients in efforts to locate and recover collateral.

    Candidates must be able to utilize computer technology to manage a case load, use a variety of investigative databases, and provide engaging service on the phone with a professional demeanor. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment at home. The successful candidate will need to pass pre-employment screenings.
