    Responsibilities:
    • Create designs, concepts, and layouts for preprint and catalog ads
    • Photo editing and preflight, along with a large variety of graphic related projects
    • Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
    • Ability to adapt to specific audiences as well as the objective of messages
    • Ensure the Scheels brand style guide is upheld in all posters, brochures, signage and all other Scheels documents
    • Actively participate in the weekly team meetings
    • Confer with leadership to resolve problems or questions
    • Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
    • Meet all assigned goals and assist others in accomplishing their goals
    • Knowledge of graphic design and layout skills
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 5 with an emphasis in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Assist with all other aspects of graphic planning and design

    Education & Experience:
    • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an AAS or BFA degree in Graphic Design, or a related field
    • 1-3 years graphic design experience preferred

    Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
    Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
    Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
