    Responsibilities:
    • Enter invoices accurately into the accounting system
    • Process, verify, and post payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transactions
    • Prepare and record daily accounting entries related to sales transactions, cash, and deposits
    • Safely handle, secure, and transport cash in accordance with company policies and internal controls
    • Correcting invalid SKUs from the registers to maintain an accurate inventory and records
    • Generate and manage advanced shipping notice reporting
    • Purchase order follow up communication with customers and vendors
    • Professional, timely response to all email and phone inquiries
    • Assist with filling and other administrative or organizational tasks needed
    • Support various projects from leadership and other store departments as required
    • Collaborate closely with the Office Leader, the HR team, and Store Leadership teams
    • Demonstrate strong multitasking, organizational, attention to detail, and internal communication skills
    • Utilize Google Workspace tools effectively
    • Perform basic calculations, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
    • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
    • Proactively seeking challenges and contributing solutions

    Compensation:
    Starting $38,000-$41,000 annually
    Schedule Requirements:
    This position is typically Monday through Friday, but could include occasional nights, weekends and holidays if needed.
    Education & Experience:
    The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related fields and 1 - 2 years of experience.
    Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
    Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
    Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
