MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Supervisor, Projects to join our team in Oahu, HI

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and monitors the work of technicians engaged in the maintenance and construction of building systems.

  • Prepare work schedules, assign specific project tasks, and verify that all repairs meet established SOPs.

  • Maintain records of project activities and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for the technical workforce.

  • Drafts RMI project status reports and maintains construction documentation for special operations infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific.

  • Prepare project artifacts for senior-level review and monitor the status of ongoing repairs at regional mission-support sites.

  • Assist in identifying technical project gaps and recommend priority repairs to sustain theater readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical project documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+years of position-relevant experience.

  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification.

  • Experience using automated project management systems or specialized facilities software.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $63,800.00-$105,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
