Pay and Benefits
  • Starting hourly rate determined by experience and qualifications
  • Monday - Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
  • Quarterly profit sharing bonus opportunity
  • Annual holiday bonus based on company performance

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Understand each customer's needs, and accurately fulfill expectations for quality, delivery, paperwork, communication, etc.
  • Exhibit mentality of problem-solving that helps uncover solutions to customer needs
  • Price inquiries in a manner which maximizes revenues , with consideration to minimizing operational costs
  • Provide proactive, accurate, timely communication to the customer in the customer's preferred method (email, fax, phone, text)
    • Confirm framers are ready for material and drivers the day before the required delivery date
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the steel products and services offered by RMI surrounding the Homebuilding process
  • Engage sales management on significant inquiries to help maximize the probability of success
  • Monitor the overall goals and results of the facility, and the entire company on a regular basis
  • Provide feedback related to the market conditions
  • Cooperate with teammates both within, and outside the Sales Dept.
  • Assist other representatives with their daily activities when needed

Physical & Work Requirements:
  • Ensure professional appearance appropriate for meetings with managers or clients
  • Requires ability to perform primary job responsibilities while spending long periods of time at a computer
  • May require travel to the office in extreme weather conditions
