Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $23.06 - $25.00

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities of an Account Developement Representative include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage high volume of inbound calls and client forms to validate and pre-qualifying clients, including but not limited to understanding their needs, determining next steps in sales process, and handling lead accordingly.
  • Identify and qualify leads for dealer solutions from opportunities generated by contacting prospects and customers.
  • Responsible for tracking and ensuring leads are registered within internal CRM and Call Tracking Platform.
  • Transfer leads to the appropriate salesperson with a sense of urgency. Follow-up and drive lead response with all sales team members.
  • Work with internal Sales Team and open sources to gather prospect and customers contact information, ensuring accurate information is submitted and recorded in CRM.
  • Respond and call back to any incoming requests and emails in a timely manner
  • Contact existing customers to generate additional business.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Two years of relevant sales experience in B2B business or Call Center generating leads; Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a related field is highly desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, engineering drawings, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Technical language skills required, along with the ability to write routine reports and effective correspondence, and to speak effectively over the phone.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as averages, percentages, geometry, and statistics.

Ability to understand the basic dynamics of equipment operation and design, and product applications.

Computer Skills

Demonstrate proficiency in the software applications of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; dealer customer relationship management system (CRM); dealer business system; dealer email system.
