Job description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) - Contract Assignment

Agency: Protouch Staffing

Location: Downers Grove, IL

Contract Dates: July 13, 2026 - October 10, 2026

Pay Rate: $55.00/hour

Schedule: 36 hours/week

Requirements

  • Active RN License

  • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience

  • EPIC experience required

Required Certifications

  • BLS

  • ACLS

  • PALS

  • NIHSS

  • TNCC

Required Skills

  • Trauma care

  • Stroke management

  • Cardiac rhythm interpretation

  • Ventilator management

  • Critical care drips

  • Conscious sedation

  • IV starts, Foley catheter insertion, and NGT placement

Assignment Details

  • 36 hours guaranteed per week

  • Every 3rd weekend required

  • No on-call requirements

  • No floating
