Job description

Dental Hygienist (New Grads Welcome)

Location: Dublin, OH

Setting: Inpatient Facility

Sign-on Bonus: $4,000

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

Enjoy a unique 4-day work week with Thursdays OFF!

  • Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Thursday: OFF

  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

    No weekends or on-call requirements.
Position Overview

We are seeking a patient-centered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Dublin. Your primary responsibility is to perform high-quality hygiene procedures while building professional relationships with patients (ages 3 and up). You will work in a collaborative environment with a manageable caseload of 8-10 patients per day.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Quality Patient Care: Provide superior chair-side manner, making the patient the #1 priority.

  • Clinical Functions: Perform adult/child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, and co-assess treatments with the doctor.

  • Diagnostics: Evaluate X-rays, review medical histories, and complete periodontal charting per guidelines.

  • Patient Education: Communicate oral hygiene techniques and explain necessary procedures/services.

  • Efficiency: Maintain an on-time schedule to minimize patient wait times.

Requirements

  • Licensure: State-registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with a Local Anesthesia license.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience: 1+ years in a dental office preferred, but New Grads are encouraged to apply!

  • Skills: Experience with EMR and medical terminology is a plus.
