What You'll Do

As our Warehouse & Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse and production teams operate seamlessly. You'll oversee inventory, logistics, workflow, and team performance while driving continuous improvements that support exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient organization of parts and equipment
  • Coordinate material flow between warehouse and production to support repair operations and meet customer deadlines
  • Partner with production leadership to optimize scheduling, workflow, and turnaround times
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a culture of accountability
  • Champion workplace safety, organization, and Lean/5S best practices
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth cross-functional execution
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and work-in-process records using ERP and inventory systems
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance operational performance
  • Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of warehouse management or operations leadership experience
  • Forklift certification
  • Experience in industrial repair, distribution, or a similar environment preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside the team to achieve results
