Job description

Warehouse Operations Manager

Warehouse Operations leadership role responsible for overseeing receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, warehouse staffing, shipping operations, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment. This position will drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and warehouse performance while leading daily warehouse operations and personnel.

As a Warehouse Operations Manager You Will:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, inventory control, and outbound shipping activities.
  • Manage high-volume e-commerce fulfillment and distribution operations.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation, and inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with TSA cargo screening requirements, CBP regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate transportation and shipment schedules with domestic and international carriers.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs including order accuracy, productivity, inventory turnover, and cost-per-order metrics.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel while maintaining a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure proper utilization of WMS systems, barcode scanning technology, and warehouse processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
  • Maintain safe working conditions and ensure compliance with all warehouse safety standards.
  • Partner with logistics, transportation, customer service, and leadership teams to support operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Warehouse Management experience required.
  • Experience within 3PL, freight forwarding, logistics, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment environments preferred.
  • Strong background in inventory management, warehouse operations, and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience managing warehouse personnel, staffing, scheduling, and performance management activities.
  • Working knowledge of TSA, CBP, and OSHA requirements preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Mandarin and English language skills preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
