The starting salary range for this position is $15.25 - 19.75 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

Essential functions include unloading pallet/floor loaded inbound containers, accurately receiving/labeling product via warehouse management system (wms) using handheld rf equipment, safely and accurately moving product to inventory stock locations using handheld rf equipment, safely and accurately moving product from reserve to picking locations while meeting established productivity and efficiency performance standards, accurately reading and applying picking labels to cases from stock locations for outbound orders, safely and accurately moving product from inventory stock locations to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations, accurately following rf or voice-directed picking instructions, selecting the required product/quantities, participating in counting of physical inventory, maintaining safe and clean work environment, immediately reporting breakage to supervisor, maintaining productivity and quality standards, following all safety policies and procedures, communicating hazards and/or suggesting improvements to manager, arriving to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled, meeting established goals and objectives, and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Working conditions include a warehouse environment; may be subjected to loud noise, temperature and weather extremes. Equipment/machinery used includes pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, rf device, voice pick system, time clock, office equipment (including computer/printer, fax, photocopier, calculator, and telephone). Physical requirements include manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, sitting, standing, frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or ged, ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire; certified forklift operator preferred, demonstrated effective communication skills, and must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires. Must be able to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.
