Job description

Auto Palletizer Operator

Part Time (PT) Auto Palletizer Operators are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our PT Auto Palletizer Operators are responsible for a variety of duties that relate to monitoring equipment that palletizes our Frito-Lay products. Although you will start out as a PT Auto Palletizer Operator for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.

In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:

  • Operate a robotic system to program and troubleshoot the stacker, program product codes, and validate case counts
  • Consistently apply Lock out Tag out (LOTO) safety protocol and other specialized safety protocols
  • Set up palletizing boards in proper areas
  • Ensure accurate flow of finished goods on the conveyor system
  • Utilize computer terminals to input or request information based on production schedule

We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.

Here are the minimum qualifications of this job:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
