The salary range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.  We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience.  In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. 

Work Schedule is Tuesday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 pm with overtime as needed.

Essential Functions:

  1. Operate company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations
  2. Operate trucks for the delivery and pickup of Winebow’s products
  3. Perform required before, during, and after-operation “user maintenance” and provide required reports
  4. Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
  6. Report any variances/discrepancies to local dispatcher.
  7. Operate all MHE.
  8. Maintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA, and Company safety programs.
  9. Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition.
  10. Arrives to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
  11. Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
  12. Ability to work overtime

Other Functions:

  1. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.
  2. All other duties as assigned.
  3. Equipment/Machinery Used:
  4. Manual pallet jack, Electric pallet jack (when duly certified), hand truck

Working Conditions: Prolonged sitting, driving, ability to work in severe weather conditions; both heat and cold, constant travel by automobile

Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, and lifting and moving up to 50 lbs. Minimum

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Driver’s License. 
  • Minimum of one year experience as truck driver
  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be 21 years or older.
