    Responsibilities

    What could your first experience look like?  

    • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the growth agenda on one of our exciting brands such as Doritos, Pepsi, Lays, bubly, Gatorade, Quaker and many more! 
    • Gather and analyze brand and category data to understand consumer trends and develop business building recommendations. 
    • Partner with cross functional teams to gain meaningful insights into business drivers. 
    • Lead and support brand execution plans with internal and external business partners. 
    • Assist in development of business reviews and strategic growth plans. 
    • Support Manager/Director in Creative Development and Media Planning 

    What You'll Be Working On 

    • Support the growth agenda on a brand or portfolio through assisting on critical deliverables, innovation launches and consumer programs. 
    • Lead cross-functional projects and/or brand initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to bring marketing programs to life and deliver against business objectives. 
    • Transform data into action through the development of brand trackers, business reviews, performance analyses, and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making. 
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior marketing leaders, influencing key business and brand decisions
