Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • General maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machinesand SMS equipment 
  • Respond to any machine malfunctions on the casino floorin a timely manner 
  • Communicate with Tech level II or higher any machine malfunctions they are unable to fix 
  • Effectively communicate with the slot operations team and fellow technicians 
  • Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines. Provide answers, explanations and rectify problems as appropriate 
  • Provide a high level of customer service to guests and team members 
  • Understand and adhere to departmental and  company SOPs 
  • Complete required training and development objectives within assigned time frame 
  • Projects a positive attitude and image at all times 
  • Collaborate and work within a team-driven environment 
  • Accurately prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks 
  • Complete required paperwork in a timely manner 
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies 
  • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter 
  • All other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age 
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required; Technical or Associates Degree preferred 
  • Minimum 6 months’ customer facing experience  
  • PC proficiency 
  • Technical background preferred 
  • Prior experience within slots/VLT department is a plus
