Our team is committed to delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment, consistently striving to exceed expectations by delivering visual-first, digitally enabled experiences that help homeowners understand options, build confidence, and make decisions earlier in the buying journey.
Positioned at the intersection of design understanding, digital experience, and growth strategy, the DesignWorks Specialist helps evolve how Pella engages customers across in-home, digital, and hybrid environments. • Offer guidance on complex projects, including product combinations and curb appeal.
  • Deliver timely, high-impact support on priority opportunities in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Enable consistent, visual-led experiences that simplify decisions and build confidence.
  • Guide sales teams through a streamlined, digitally enhanced sales journey focusing on best practices and field visual success journeys.
  • Support the use and adoption of visualization tools, AI-assisted platforms, and interactive experiences.
  • Identify opportunity points across channels and recommend scalable experience improvements.

Innovation, Process & Optimization
  • Monitor trends in AI, visualization, and digital selling, including competitor offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency through automation and emerging tools.
  • Evaluate end-to-end workflows and contribute to best practices tied to engagement, adoption, and sales outcomes.
  • Capture field feedback and insights to continuously improve tools and experiences.

Collaboration
  • Partner across sales, design, marketing, digital, and external teams.
  • Support marketing initiatives tied to digital experience, lead engagement, and in-market activation.
  • Benchmark competitors and adjacent industries to inform continuous improvement.

What You'd Bring:

  • Strong understanding of residential exterior design and fenestration.
  • Strategic, forward-thinking approach to tools, processes, and change.

Digital & Technical Fluency
  • Comfortable with modern visualization, design, and AI-assisted tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or related platforms.
  • Experience with CRM, quoting, or sales enablement platforms.

Professional Attributes
  • Collaborative, proactive, and growth oriented.
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and customers.
  • Adaptable and energized by innovation and experimentation.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field - or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in residential exterior design, sales enablement, or digital experience preferred.
