JOB SUMMARY


Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas is seeking a competitive and motivated sales representative who excels at turning premium, qualified leads into loyal customers. In this sales role, you’ll build relationships with new and returning clients, understand their needs, and showcase how Pella’s product offerings align with their vision. We’re looking for confident closers who strive for first-visit conversions, deliver consistent and thoughtful follow-up, and pursue referrals through genuine customer connections. With a renowned brand, a stunning showroom, robust support staff, and comprehensive training, we equip you with everything needed to achieve outstanding results and deliver a consistently “Very Satisfied” customer experience.

In addition, we provide everything you need to succeed, including the highest quality product on the market, a beautiful product showroom, the most recognized name brand in windows and doors, all sales tools, support staff, and training you need as well as great benefits.

This is an outside sales role that demonstrates product when needed to potential new and previous customers. Our field marketing and event team will provide you with all the qualified leads

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Always exhibits the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Pella Carolina policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability by adhering to established protocols, proactively identifying potential risks, and fostering a workplace environment where safety is a shared priority.
  • Drive growth in your territory by prospecting and acquiring new trade customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals.
  • Consult and sell solutions—deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotes.
  • Manage sales cycles from start to finish, including site visits and blueprint reviews.
  • Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
  • Consistently exceed sales goals while delivering value to your customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce system to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • A closer’s mindset who is self-driven, competitive, and motivated by results.
  • 1+ years of experience in outside sales (B2B, construction industry, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in the field (active job sites, customer visits, industry events).
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their goals while achieving your own.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The role requires significant time in the field with customers and standing for long periods when needed.
