Client Service Representative

We are hiring a Client Service Representative to join our Orlando team. This is an entry-level, in-person position.
As a Client Service Representative, you will work directly with customers, provide information about products and services, answer questions, and help create a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide information about products, services, and current promotions
  • Answer customer questions and help guide them through the process
  • Assist with customer sign-ups, account updates, or service-related questions
  • Represent clients professionally during customer interactions
  • Build positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Learn basic customer service, communication, and sales support skills
  • Work with the team to meet daily goals and support customer needs
  • Attend paid training and team development meetings
  • Maintain a positive, reliable, and professional attitude
Qualifications
  •  Must be 18 years of age or older 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
  •  No previous experience required 
  •  Must be able to work in person in Orlando, FL
