Job description

Ask anyone at Orgill, Inc. what separates us from the competition, and chances are the answer will involve the sales force. We have over 300 sales representatives who offer high levels of hands-on service. As an Orgill Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to grow and excel to your fullest potential. Challenging, full of variety, and very customer-oriented; our sales reps jobs come with a variety of benefits. Training must first be completed, and a territory vacancy must occur. Training will consist of enhancing current selling and business management skills and developing other skills and knowledge required for a Sales Representative position.
Job Descriptions:
  • Complete internal formal training modules.
  • Participate in sales meetings and customer markets.
  • Participate in projects conducted at customer retail stores.
  • Work in customer stores, at an Orgill distribution center, and the Customer Service Department.
  • Travel with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers and Truck Drivers to observe and assist as assigned.
  • Work selected sales territories in the absence of a regularly assigned Sales Representative.
  • Working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications.

Requirements:
  • Must have a working knowledge of email, internet, and Microsoft Office computer applications.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Must be willing to travel 4 - 5 days per week on an on-going basis.
  • Must be willing to relocate at Company expense when assigned a territory.
  • Prefer candidate with associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Prefer candidate with at least two years of related business or sales experience in our industry (retail or wholesale hardware, lumber, building materials, farm supply) #INDHOME
