Job Description:

Practice Administrator
Location: Nostrand Ave
Organization: New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS)

In This Role, You Will:
  • Manage clinical and administrative staff and procedures.

  • Create employee work schedules, monitor budgets, and maintain patient records.

  • Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and NYCBS policies.

  • Monitor physician schedules and follow up with patients for appointments.

  • Communicate new policies and updates to employees.

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address issues and needs.

  • Respond to questions from doctors, employees, and patients in a timely manner.

  • Ensure employees provide excellent care and customer service to all patients.

  • Confirm co-pays are collected

We Require:
  • Bachelors Degree-Required, Masters Preferred

  • Minimum of 3+yr office management experience

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suites

  • 3+yrs working out of an EMR

  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
