Position Summary: 

As the Manager, Digital Solutions you will lead the governance, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms supporting multiple business functions. You will establishes the operating model for cross-functional demand management, ensuring business priorities are aligned, sequenced, and translated into executable delivery plans. As a player-coach you will leads and develop a team of Business Analysts, facilitates governance and prioritization forums, and partners with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions that drive operational excellence and business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the governance, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms, establishing a structured operating model for demand intake, decision-making, and roadmap management
  • Develop and maintain platform roadmaps that align business priorities, technology initiatives, and operational support activities with organizational strategy and the Digital Technology Services (DTS) roadmap
  • Facilitate governance and prioritization forums, balancing business value, regulatory requirements, technical health, and resource capacity to drive transparent investment decisions
  • Provide executive-level reporting on platform health, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic initiatives to support informed decision-making
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for business stakeholders across multiple functions, translating business objectives into prioritized, actionable technology solutions
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate, refine, and prioritize demand, ensuring requests address root business needs and maximize organizational value
  • Coordinate delivery with internal technology teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality expectations
  • Lead Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams by facilitating planning, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in delivery performance
  • Ensure platform enhancements and projects comply with applicable regulatory, validation, documentation, and change management requirements while maintaining delivery efficiency

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience required in the laboratory, pharma or Biotech space with a focus on laboratory workflows, technology delivery, platform management, or business systems roles, with 2+ years directly managing people, including Business Analysts or similar delivery roles
  • At least one recognized Agile or project delivery certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or an equivalentAgile/delivery credential
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Demonstrated experience leading governance, demand management, and prioritization for a portfolio of enterprise platforms or applications supporting multiple business functions with competing priorities
  • Hands-on experience leading Scrum or hybrid Agile delivery across multiple concurrent teams, including dependency management and release planning
  • Proven ability to deliver technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle, from business case and project charter through implementation, go-live, and hypercare
  • Experience managing implementation partners and third-party vendors, including oversight of scope, timelines, and Statement of Work (SOW) commitments
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate delivery status, facilitate prioritization discussions, and influence decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery and portfolio management tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to enhance day-to-day work while understanding the governance, risk, and responsible use considerations associated with AI
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
