About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail oriented
Electrical Technician with harness assembly experience to support the build and integration of advanced aerospace systems. This is a hands on role focused on precision workmanship, quality, and collaboration with engineering and production teams.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in clean and accurate builds, and is comfortable supporting testing and troubleshooting in a fast paced R and D environment.
Key Responsibilities- Build route and install electrical harnesses using proper crimping soldering and termination techniques
- Assemble and integrate electrical components including connectors wiring and avionics hardware
- Read and interpret electrical schematics wiring diagrams and engineering drawings
- Perform testing and troubleshooting including continuity checks and insulation resistance testing
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality safety and compliance with standards
- Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians during integration and testing activities
Required Qualifications- One to three years of hands on experience in electrical harness assembly or wiring
- Experience in aerospace automotive or similar manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with crimping soldering box builds and connector assembly
- Working knowledge of connector types such as JST Molex or MIL spec connectors
- Familiarity with cable lacing shielding and insulation techniques
- Ability to use multimeters and perform continuity testing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in aerospace aviation or high tech manufacturing
- IPC WHMA A 620 certification or similar
- Experience working in an R and D or prototype environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and adaptability

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
