Job description

We're seeking a Freelance Senior Experiential Designer to support a range of projects, partnering closely with our creative and production teams to bring elevated, experience-led environments to life.

What you'll do

  • Lead and support experiential design across spatial, environmental, and architectural touchpoints

  • Translate creative concepts into thoughtful, build-ready design systems and layouts

  • Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using Rhino + Enscape

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production partners

  • Contribute refined design thinking rooted in luxury, hospitality, and guest experience

What we're looking for

  • Senior-level experience in experiential, spatial, or environmental design

  • Strong background in luxury hospitality and/or food & beverage environments

  • Fluency in Rhino + Enscape (required)

  • High level of taste, attention to detail, and production awareness

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
