Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward.The objective of the job is to provide technical support on processes, design and quality measures for a specific product**About the job:*** Provides design input, validation plan, prototypes/testing, complete ERN, ECO, drawings, datasheet and FMEA updates* Ensures proper documentation of technical documents for assigned product.* Leads sample production of new products* Conducts follow-up on actions, PCN, deviations with relevant departments to gather necessary data* Coordinates preparation and distribution of CCR* Coordinates with supplier as technical liaison* Coordinates with relevant departments on testing, process and yield improvement* Participates, coordinates and ensures completion of quality-related requirements of a product.**About you:*** Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering* 4+ years of work experience in an electronics / automotive manufacturing company* Technical knowledge preferred* Material Science knowledge preferred* Well-versed in statistical tools and software like Minitab* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantageAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
