Implement and monitor corrective actions to improve yield, quality and efficiency* Quality and Customer support: Support investigation and, data analysis of production failures, customer returns and rel monitoring. Work with cross-functional team to perform RCA* Cost Optimization: Identify and drive cost savings initiatives by optimizing yield, final test, and assembly processes* Systems Product Set-up: Create SAP, MES, SCADA, SPC, SYL SBL and PAT set-up of product under scope* Final Test Solution: Support test platform identification, software and hardware development, bench validation and test plan generation* Provide supervisory and technical guidance to product engineers and product technicians**About you:*** Graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical and other engineering fields* 5+ years of related work experience in an Semiconductor / automotive manufacturing company* Product and Test engineering knowledge preferred* Back-end Assembly and Test manufacturing knowledge preferred* Well-versed in data analysis using statistical tools and software like Minitab* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage#LF\_FE1At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
