About the job:
  • Accounts and related distributors management: regular customersvisit, order taking, shipment arrangement via CSR, accountsreceivable.
  • Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospectiveand existing customers.
  • New business development: working with global team in defining newopportunities & projects and following up & coordinating requiredactivities.
  • Monitor and analyze the market situation/competition and definitionof customer potential / promote sales leads and identify and developnew business opportunities.
  • Responsible for the entire sales process - sales strategy, proposaldevelopment and negotiation to the conclusion of the contract.
  • Coordination of all the required technical & sales issues.
  • Regular report on sales and project status.
  • Participating & involvement in strategic sales planning and Budget.
  • Introduction of new products and technology to the customers.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimizethe sales effort.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications both up anddown the organization as well as to external customers.
About you:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electronics background ispreferred)
  • At least 5+ years of sales experience in automotive industry (Sales experience with OEMs or their tiers is preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese andEnglish
  • Problem solving skills & High-level solution, value selling andnegotiation
  • Proactive team player
