Analyste, Evaluation et Gestion des risques

En quoi consiste cet emploi :

Joignez-vous a l'equipe d'Evaluation et Gestion des risques chez JLL a titre d'Analyste et jouez un role essentiel dans la production d'analyses immobilieres completes pour nos clients. Vos responsabilites incluent la collecte et la verification de donnees sur les proprietes, les tendances du marche et les indicateurs economiques, afin de participer a la mise a jour des bases de donnees exclusives de JLL. Ainsi, vous contribuerez a la preparation d'etudes de marche et de rapports en assurant la qualite et l'exactitude des donnees utilisees.

A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

• Effectuer des recherches exhaustives et recueillir des informations sur les nouveaux projets immobiliers, les caracteristiques des proprietes et donnees de location
• Collecter, organiser et maintenir les donnees de marche immobilieres, en veillant a ce que les bases de donnees de JLL demeurent a jour et exactes
• Collaborer avec la direction locale pour creer des tableaux sommaires d'enquetes de marche et participer a la preparation des etudes de marche
• Faire preuve de reactivite en repondant rapidement aux demandes des parties prenantes et en respectant des echeances serrees dans un environnement dynamique
• Soutenir l'equipe avec des taches et responsabilites supplementaires raisonnables assignees afin d'assurer une execution fluide des projets

Qualifications requises :

• 1 a 2 ans d'experience professionnelle dans le secteur de l'immobilier commercial ou dans un autre secteur pertinent
• Maitrise demontree de la suite Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook et PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows et Adobe Acrobat
• Solide connaissance des themes cles et des tendances qui influencent les marches financiers et l'investissement immobilier
• Excellentes competences en communication verbale, ecrite et interpersonnelle avec souci du detail
• Capacite eprouvee a s'adapter, a gerer plusieurs taches simultanement et a respecter les echeances dans un environnement dynamique
• Fortes competences analytiques avec capacite a travailler de facon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec les membres de l'equipe
• Capacite demontree a maintenir la confidentialite, a exercer un jugement sur et a travailler avec une supervision minimale

Qualifications preferees :

• Formation collegiale en commerce, economie, administration des affaires, economie urbaine, planification urbaine ou geographie urbaine
• Experience avec des logiciels immobiliers tels qu'ARGUS Enterprise
• Etat d'esprit proactif avec initiatives demontrees dans des roles anterieurs
• Excellentes competences en gestion du temps et en organisation developpees dans le cadre d'experiences professionnelles anterieures

Analyst, Valuation & Advisory Services - JLL

What this job involves:

Join JLL's Valuation & Advisory Services team as an Analyst and playan essentialrole in delivering comprehensive real estate insights to our clients.Your responsibilities include collecting and verifying data on properties, market trends, and economic indicators to support the updating of JLL's databases. In doing so, you will contribute to the preparation of market studies and appraisal reports while ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data used.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Conduct comprehensive research and gather information on new real estate projects, property characteristics, and leasing data.
• Collect, organize, and maintain real estate market data, ensuring JLL's databases remain current and accurate
• Collaborate with local management to create market survey summary tables and participate in the preparation of market studies
• Function with a sense of urgency, responding quickly to stakeholder requests and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support the team with additional reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned to ensure seamless project execution

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in the commercial real estate sector or other relevant industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong knowledge of key themes and trends impacting capital markets and investment real estate
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to adapt, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
• Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• CEGEP or technical education diploma in business, economics, business administration, urban economics, urban planning, or urban geography
• Experience with real estate software such as ARGUS Enterprise
• Proactive mindset with demonstrated initiative in previous roles
• Excellent time management and organizational skills developed through prior professional experience
