Inviting applications for the role of Desk Reviewer
This position manages an inventory of managed repair program claim assignments. Communicates with contractors regarding status performs estimate reviews and supports client adjusters and insurers on insurance restoration water mitigation and structural work assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of active claims and the contractors working on those assignments.
- Monitor assignments aging statuses and work product.
- Daily follow-up regarding open items and communications.
- Perform Quality Estimate reviews of Contractor estimates per client estimating guidelines.
- Communicate with Contractors regarding clarifications and required changes.
- Interact with Client Adjusters providing process and technical support.
- Use tracking systems to manage activity.
- Assist with periodic special projects.
- Interact with Claim Manager regarding activity questions training and all position needs.
- Provide input to company regarding contractor performance.
