Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Data Analyst supporting Strother Invoicing.
In this role you will be required to Create manage and administer invoices for non-customer billed accounts and support customer billed accounts as required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of basic tasks to support the Invoicing process.
- These tasks include but are not limited to the analysis correction administrative support like SAP PO generation Data uploads and Past due monitoring etc.
- Record monthly On Point web billing completions for both customer and GE billed accounts.
- File all CPM approved invoices and cost data documents.
- Provide Build Smart workflow support and loading.
- Assist when needed to provide pricing and draft invoicing for supplemental invoices using GE systems and published GE catalog.
- Load the OAR workflow upon approval of the KYC/Build Smart as part of the OAR setups and Web Invoicing setups process.
- Support the onboarding process for new contracts renewals and Novations.
- Work closely with the clients to drive process improvements and improved customer service.
- Maintain and update process documentations.
- Issue annual and customer change Reconciliation invoices
- Support Management and Finance in issuing Strother T & M Billing invoices.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
$24/hr. - $26/hr.
