    Position Overview
    The Senior Manager, Paid Social & Display will lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of Foot Locker's paid social and display media programs across Foot Locker North America. This individual will be responsible for developing full-funnel media strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and omnichannel sales while maximizing return on advertising investment.
    Reporting to the Director of Media for Foot Locker, this role partners closely with Brand Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, Creative, Merchandising, Technology, and external agency partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that elevate the Foot Locker brand and business.
    Responsibilities
    Key Responsibilities
    • Own the end-to-end paid social and display media strategy across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, DV360, Google Display Network, and premium programmatic partners.
    • Develop integrated full-funnel media plans supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, key retail moments, loyalty initiatives, and brand storytelling.
    • Manage multi-million-dollar advertising budgets while ensuring efficient allocation and optimization against business objectives.
    • Establish performance goals, KPIs, forecasting models, and budget pacing processes.
    • Drive customer acquisition, app installs, omnichannel traffic, online sales, and customer lifetime value through audience-first media strategies.
    • Lead ongoing testing across creative, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, placements, incrementality, attribution, and emerging ad formats.
    • Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to develop high-performing, platform-native creative assets.
    • Utilize first-party customer data, audience insights, and measurement frameworks to improve targeting and personalization.
    • Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to evaluate attribution models, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor industry trends, platform innovations, and privacy changes to evolve media strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
    • Build executive-ready reporting dashboards and communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Manage agency relationships, ensuring accountability for performance, innovation, and operational excellence.
    • Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
    • 7-10+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with significant expertise in paid social and display advertising.
    • Experience managing large-scale media budgets ($10M+ annually preferred).
    • Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google DV360, Google Ads Display, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, and YouTube advertising.
    • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, audience targeting, identity solutions, and privacy-first marketing.
    • Experience with attribution, incrementality testing, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
    • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
    • Experience working with media agencies and cross-functional marketing teams.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

    Preferred
    • Retail, eCommerce, fashion, footwear, sporting goods, or consumer lifestyle experience.
    • Experience marketing mobile apps and loyalty programs.
    • Familiarity with GA4, Adobe Analytics, CDPs, and audience management platforms.
    • Experience with automated bidding, AI-driven campaign optimization, and creative testing methodologies.
    • Passion for sneakers, basketball, running, streetwear, and youth culture.

    Benefits
    The annual base salary range is $120,000-$130,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
