Job description

  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing branch employees.
  • Managing employee performance, scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Driving branch sales growth through customer relationship management, territory planning, and sales meetings.
  • Maintaining and expanding key customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing inventory management, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and cycle count accuracy.
  • Managing accounts receivable and partnering with credit teams to reduce outstanding balances.
  • Monitoring branch financial performance, expenses, and profitability metrics.
  • Ensuring operational excellence, including order accuracy, customer service standards, equipment maintenance, and facility appearance.

  • Experience growing sales, developing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
