Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Lab/Test Engineer 1 to join their team. As a Lab/Test Engineer 1, you will be part of the Teams Engineering department supporting innovative testing environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong learning ability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Device Lab Automation Engineer

Location:Redmond, WA (ONSITE)

Pay Range:$29/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Manage and maintain a diverse range of lab devices supporting automated testing activities
  • Perform repeatable testing procedures and verify hardware and software specifications
  • Interpret and modify code including scripting and programming languages as needed
  • Support automated testing processes, including writing automation test scripts
  • Assist with network management and device troubleshooting within the lab environment

What's Needed?

  • 1-2 years of programming experience, preferably in Python or TypeScript
  • Basic networking knowledge with 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience with device management and familiarity with Microsoft OS
  • Foundational hardware knowledge and experience with software testing in Windows or web environments
  • Ability to read and write in at least one programming language such as C#, C/C++, or SQL
