Job description

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Duration: Long-Term (Hybrid)

About the Role

Client is looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. The ideal consultant must be technically hands‑on, capable of understanding complex architectures, integrations, and delivery workflows, while ensuring strong project governance and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across onshore and offshore teams
  • Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and closure with strong documentation and reporting
  • Understand and contribute to technical discussions involving Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud components, and microservices
  • Review API specifications, data models, and integration workflows to ensure quality and alignment with business needs
  • Coordinate integration between Pega-based workflows and Customer Experience Platforms
  • Work closely with architects and developers to identify risks early and drive mitigation plans
  • Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and status updates with clarity and confidence
  • Facilitate team collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery timelines are met
  • Own scope, sprint planning, dependency management, and change control
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance
  • Negotiate delivery timelines and priorities with business and client partners
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7–12 years of IT experience with at least 3–5 years as a Technical Project Manager
  • Strong technical foundation in:
  • REST API design and integration patterns
  • Database concepts, tables, and SQL queries
  • Middleware and enterprise integration tools
  • Experience working with Pega applications and Customer Experience Platforms
  • Proven ability to lead distributed agile teams across multiple time zones
  • Excellent client management, communication, and stakeholder leadership capabilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in multi‑region delivery programs
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience in Service Delivery Management or account‑facing roles
