Job Summary:

The Supervisor leads the department to achieve high quality results with efficient processes and productive employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employees are well trained and highly productive
  • Collaborate with colleagues regarding waste, maintenance, quality, etc.
  • Maintain minimal waste
  • Keep daily production records
  • Complete daily shift reports; verify and approve employee time
  • Encourage and maintain a safe working environment

Performance Expectations (if applicable):

  • Previous managerial experience in manufacturing or industry-related field preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of equipment
  • Frequent lifting, standing, reaching, and bending are required throughout the shift
