    Job Summary

    We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-volume vaccination initiative. In this patient-facing role, you will administer a variety of CDC-recommended vaccines in a retail healthcare setting while providing exceptional patient care and education. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, adaptable, and committed to promoting community health through safe and efficient immunization practices.
     

    Key Responsibilities
    • Administer immunizations including, but not limited to:
      • Influenza (Flu)
      • COVID-19
      • MMR
      • Hepatitis A & B
      • Tdap
      • Shingles
      • Pneumococcal
      • HPV
      • Other CDC-recommended vaccines
    • Assess patients before vaccination and monitor for adverse reactions.
    • Educate patients regarding vaccines, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care.
    • Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols while utilizing provided PPE.
    • Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient clinic operations.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
    • Support daily clinic workflow and adapt to changing patient volumes and operational needs.
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
    • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization administration.
    • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
    • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing retail healthcare environment.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and Saturdays.
    • Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
    • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
    • Candidate questionnaire must accompany all submissions.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous vaccination clinic or public health experience.
    • Experience in retail, outpatient, or community healthcare settings.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Work Environment
    • Onsite retail pharmacy clinic.
    • Direct patient interaction throughout the shift.
    • PPE provided.
    • Team-oriented, fast-paced healthcare environment focused on community wellness.
