Seeking a highly skilled SIGINT Payload System Engineer with extensive experience in SIGINT systems. The role involves design, development, and integration of advanced systems for airborne and space missions, requiring deep expertise in SIGINT sensor technologies, data processing, system operations, mission requirements, and system architecture.
Position Responsibilities
• Lead design and development of SIGINT systems aligned with mission requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensors and data processing systems • Perform system performance analysis, environmental testing, and data validation • Develop technical documentation for design, testing, and operations
Stay updated on SIGINT advancements and recommend improvements • Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and management • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field • Proven experience in design, integration, and testing of SIGINT systems • Strong knowledge of sensor technologies, data acquisition, and data processing • Understanding of communication systems and data transmission protocols
• Experience with simulation and modeling tools for sensor systems • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
